The UK’s #1 Singles Event

Enjoy a warm and welcoming evening at our 50s & 60s Singles Night!

Join us for a relaxed evening exclusively for heterosexual singles in their 50s and 60s! This event is all about comfort, connection, and having fun.

Your welcoming host will guide you through the night, ensuring you feel relaxed and ready to broaden your social circle. Please find them when you arrive so they can check you in to the event 😊

Your perk for the evening is 20% off drinks, available throughout the duration of the event. There will not be a welcome drink at this event.

With our engaging ice-breaker Jenga and handy conversation starter cards, you’ll find it easy to strike up conversations. A bell will ring every so often, giving you the chance to move around and mingle with others.

There’s absolutely no pressure to exchange details with people on the night – we offer a post-event connection request service for that!

Get your ticket booked, dress to impress, and join us for a night of joy, laughter, and quality connections!

About Single and Mingle

Single and Mingle is here to help you to:

  • meet other singles
  • make new friends
  • have a laugh
  • enjoy a good night out
  • increase your dating confidence
  • maybe catch someone’s eye
  • find love

There is no set format to the event, it’s a very informal social gathering for you to enjoy at your own pace.

Everyone at this event is single and dating, so get chatting, have fun, and enjoy getting to know people. And remember, everyone is in the same boat and might be feeling a little nervous, so please be mindful of this.

What if you meet someone you like?

Feel free to ask for their details on the night, or arrange a date.

But if you don’t want to, within a few days of an event, you’ll receive an email inviting you to ask us to connect you with someone you met, and liked – all you have to do is remember their name, and we’ll ask on your behalf.

So what are you waiting for?

Book your ticket and have a night out to remember – you never know who you might meet!

Pre-booking is advised

A small number of tickets might be available on the door. You’re welcome to come along on the night and see if there are any left – there are no guarantees. Tickets on the door are £20 and must be paid for in cash.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable (unless Single & Mingle cancel an event)

Single and Mingle was launched in November 2021 by Dating Profile Expert, and owner of We Just Clicked, Gemma Wilks. Not everyone wants to use, or enjoys using dating apps, so Gemma wanted to offer another way for singles to meet other singles.

Get the most out of a singles event

  • Get involved – you will get out what you put in
  • Talk to as many people as you can
  • If you’re coming with friends, try to split off from one another, otherwise, you risk not mingling with new people
  • Try not to sit or stand with your back to the room
  • If you’re struggling to mingle, come and find your host, who will introduce you to some people
  • Keep your eye on your drink – remember you’re out with people you don’t know!

IMPORTANT: Social Etiquette!

  • DO be nice
  • DO be kind
  • DO be polite
  • DO be considerate of others
  • DON’T hog one person all night – let others socialise with them too
  • DON’T assume someone is interested in you romantically just because they’re talking to you
  • DON’T assume that someone wants a kiss on the cheek (or more)
  • DON’T be rude
  • And most importantly – if someone says no – they mean NO
