The Goodsyard Run Club, hosted by Run of a Kind is BACK, and this time we’re celebrating Pride with a twist!
Join us for a 5K social run around Birmingham’s vibrant LGBTQ+ history, with stops at key landmarks and stories that’ll get you thinking, talking, and feeling proud.
We’ll kick things off with a warm-up in The Goodsyard courtyard, then hit the streets on a 5K guided run from the Jewellery Quarter to Birmingham’s iconic Gay Village. Expect a few storytelling stops along the way, soundtracked by a curated Pride playlist from our speaker backpack.
From 1969 to today, we’ll explore the venues, moments, and milestones that made Birmingham one of the UK’s most vibrant LGBTQ+ communities – while questioning what the future holds.
After a cool-down, stick around for a social.
