Book Club JQ Book Swap with Bradley Taylor

We are very excited to be hosting another Social Book Swap. However, this month’s book swap comes with a twist. The extremely talented Bradley Taylor will be joining us for conversations and will be gracing us with a performance of poetry from his book. You can see a sample of his creativity in the poem he wrote for our very own Book Club JQ at the Birmingham Literature Festival (picture on Instagram).

So, join us between 2:00 – 4:00 (performance to take place at around 3pm) at Alterna.

Although tickets are free, we expect (emphasis on the word expect) you to make a purchase and support our venue. This is not a lot to ask considering the value you are receiving by exchanging books, ideas, meeting new people and making friends.

Please only reserve a ticket if you are able to attend and cancel your ticket if you can no longer make it.
