Healing Arts Week – Press the RESET Button & Create Your Own Journal

Healing Arts Week is a Birmingham City Council funded creative wellbeing programme delivered through Life Story Coach by Jenni.

This is a two-part creative journalling experience designed to help you press the RESET button, pause, and reconnect with yourself through guided reflection and creative expression.

Your booking includes both sessions below:

Part 1: Press the RESET Button (Online Session)

25 June | 7:00pm

The launch of Press the RESET button monthly online circle. A guided online creative journalling session to help you slow down, reflect, and reset. Through simple prompts and creative exercises, you will explore where you are right now and prepare for the face-to-face workshop.

Part 2: Create Your Own Journal (Face-to-Face Workshop)

2 July | 5:30pm | [Venue]

A hands-on creative workshop exploring Past, Present and Future. You will develop your own personal journal using writing, reflection, and visual creative methods, bringing your Reset reflection into a physical creative outcome.

Who this is for

This programme may support adults in caring roles, including parents and carers, as well as anyone experiencing stress, life change, isolation, or emotional overwhelm. It is also suitable for anyone interested in creative journalling for wellbeing.
