The editorial is quite often the last item to be written for the magazine and can highlight any interesting features in this issue – not that there are any uninteresting features of course.
I’ve had a lot of mentions about the defibrillator featured last month and some reckon a couple more around the jewellery quarter would not go amiss.
The 40, 30 and 20 years ago feature each month throws up a few surprises of past happenings that I’ve completely forgotten about and might be nice to revisit.
One of these items is the regeneration of St Paul’s square, which was in a very derelict state in the late 70s, early 80s how different it looks today.
The two-part feature we did in the very early days of this magazine were not great so it would be nice to reprint this article with colour photos and some additional material. Watch out for it soon….
