G’s Bar & Diner (21 Ludgate Hill) has been launched by Billy Wallace and Head Chef, Gary Flash. They’re already offering a fabulous fusion menu of Caribbean, Chinese and Italian favourites such as jerk and Szechuan chicken freshly cooked on a charcoal grill served with fried dumplings or oriental noodles with a choice of salads.
This is followed with a choice of homemade desserts including sticky toffee pudding or fresh fruit salad.
Head Chef, Gary, comes from running his own businesses as well as cooking at Royal Ascot and The Belfry Golf Club.
Billy is a former soldier with the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, now aiming to make a success of hosting live jazz and blues at G’s Bar and Diner.
