It’s almost time for the Jewellery Quarter’s renowned Christmas Lights Switch-On event, on Friday, 15th November 2024, from 5pm to 7pm! Get into the festive spirit with live music from Dino Baptiste Boogie Woogie Trio and Elle-J Walters Music, and don’t forget the iconic fireworks display.
This year, over 100 jewellery-themed festive lights will illuminate the streets of the Jewellery Quarter. Don’t miss the city’s largest lighting feature, a breathtaking 3m x 3m illuminated diamond ring—the perfect spot for a Christmas selfie! You’ll also find two 30-foot Christmas trees and 25 decorated festive windows to explore.
The event kicks off at 5pm with live music, followed by the exciting light switch-on and fireworks from the roof of the JQ Modern at 6pm.
Delicious street food will be available from Notty Bites, offering a variety of vegetarian and vegan Indian fusion dishes. Plus, Lunchi Urban and Rose Villa Tavern will be serving up nibbles and drinks to keep you fueled for the fun.
