Laurence Jones, the multi-award-winning guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter has announced the final Headline UK shows of 2024 for the ‘Bad Luck and The Blues’ album campaign which will visit The Jam House, Birmingham, United Kingdom on Wednesday 23rd October 2024.
This time, he returns with his new power trio and a sizzling new album, ‘Bad Luck & the Blues’ out now on Marshall Records.
Released in August 2023, the album blends deep-rooted blues with classic rock ‘n’ roll. It’s the perfect showcase for Laurence’s raw talent.
Speaking about the tour, Laurence enthuses “I can’t wait for these shows. It’s been so much fun playing almost the full album, your support has been unbelievable, and this is going to be a fantastic way to end the year on a high. Thank you again and see you down the front.”
Having toured the UK and Europe extensively with his Power Trio to support the release of his latest studio album ‘Bad Luck And The Blues’ released in August 2023 on Marshall Records, the Autumn dates will provide the last opportunity for people to experience Laurence Jones in the live arena before he takes on new songs, new set list and new concept for 2025.
Prior to the Autumn shows, Laurence Jones will have opened for the legendary Status Quo in May and June 2024 with two nights at Kelvingrove Bandstand, Glasgow, Scotland, a return to Wales at Swansea Arena as well as a visit to the newly reopened Civic Hall in Wolverhampton.
Music Radar voted the young Laurence one of the world’s top 10 blues-rock guitarists. He’s shared stages with legends like Sir Van Morrison, Sir Ringo Starr, Jeff Beck, and Joe Bonamassa.
