Madeleine Louise is an independent, ethically conscious, bespoke jewellery designer and maker; originally based in the Cotswolds. Now finding a home in Birmingham, Madeleine chooses Assay Studios as her new creative workspace, adding another creative company to the community.
“Having worked closely around jewellers since university, the sound of being situated in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham in amongst a variety of creative businesses, sounded like the dream place to be.” Madeleine adds.
“The Assay Studios building was brought back to life, and I love now being able to continue its history. There are a number of unique workspaces to sit and work at Assay Studios and it’s nice to be part of a bigger creative community. Not only that it’s great to be able to separate making and admin.”
Today, the jewellery quarter is a bustling hub of creative businesses, restaurants, bars, venues, and apartments.
