Property for Kids hosts annual Snow Ball

Birmingham’s property and construction community has come together once again to support vulnerable and disadvantaged children at this year’s Property for Kids (PFK) Snowball.

More than 500 professionals attended the festive fundraiser, bringing gifts to help ensure children across the city receive something special on Christmas Day.

Held again at The Jam House in St Paul’s Square, the 2025 Snowball featured live music from Hot Property and Deconstructed, and was supported by: Briggs & Forrester, ESC, GMI Construction, McCarthys, MFG, O’Brien Contractors, Overbury, and Willmott Dixon.
All gifts are being distributed to children across the region through Birmingham & Solihull Women’s Aid (BSWA)’s regional network of drop-in centres and refuge accommodation.

Jilly Cosgrove of Barques and a long-standing member of the PFK committee, said: “The Snowball continues to be a highlight in the regional property calendar. This event isn’t focused on fundraising, it’s all about gifts. Every year, we are overwhelmed by the generosity of the industry, to give back to children who might otherwise go without some of the festive things we so often take for granted. The event simply would not be possible without the support of our sponsors and the incredible number of donations we receive.”

Since the 1980s, PFK has supported more than 50 children’s charities, providing essential funding and resources ranging from play facilities and specialist equipment to minibuses and safe recreational spaces.
