Free Postal Service For Flyer

In the not too distant future, it is proposed to start posting the Hockley Flyer free of charge to all businesses within The Jewellery Quarter, i.e. the magazine will no longer be delivered door to door.

However, your help is needed to compile an accurate up to date record of names and addresses, so could you please register your address by letter, fax or email (or even drop a used envelope through our letterbox – marked ‘Flyer’).

The following pick-up points will still be used:
Hockley Flyer office, the Post Office (Vyse St) – Police Station – Jewellery Museum – T H Findings – Mayhan & Co., Euro Findings – Weston Beamor – HSBC Bank – The Pig Peg – Sutton Tools – Barclays Bank – Natwest Bank – Slimbrand – School of Jewellery – Cousins – H S Walsh – Plus Gold – Cooksons – Marple Labs.- Betts Metal Sales – most Newspaper Shops & Cafes.

If you are an Advertiser in The Hockley Flyer, a Member of The Jewellery Quarter Association (who get a copy FOC compliments JQ Regeneration), or if you act as a pick-up point you need not apply for a postal copy.

The new arrangements do not apply to subscribers from outside The Jewellery Quarter.

If we do not hear from you, then we will assume that you are quite happy to pick up your copy of The Hockley Flyer from the many distribution points.
It will take a little time to put this service into action but you could miss out if you do not send your name and address in.

The Hockley Flyer magazine if entirely funded by the advertising, but we could always do with a little bit more funding. The advertising not only pays for the design/printing, but also postage, delivery, all the associated paperwork/accounts, and research for the Heritage section. Our subscribers pay only a bit more then the postage/mailing costs, and the magazines are free - no cover price.
