On 19th November 2018, a promenade piece of immersive theatre was held in The Pen Room when children from Turves Green Girls School – dressed appropriately – taking part in a piece of theatre: ‘Created by the Young Women of Birmingham, today!
Inspired by the Women of Birmingham, yesterday’, it represented the women who worked years ago in the Pen Trade.
