Fly Tipping Horror In Key Hill Cemetery

On Saturday 5th May at around 5,00 pm, some disrespectful person dumped a load of builder’s rubbish near to the catacombs in Key Hill Cemetery.’

The ‘Friends’ immediately contacted the Council and Cllr Shaman Lal and Jacqui Kennedy from the Council dealt with the matter quickly and effectively and the rubbish was removed on Monday 7th May – this was particularly impressive as it was May Bank Holiday Monday.

A picture of the rubbish is included as someone may be able to identify some items which will help track down the Fly Tippers.

Please contact the ‘Friends’ if you have any information.

It is now time to find a way of locking the main gates as they could return.

Our subscribers pay only a bit more then the postage/mailing costs, and the magazines are free - no cover price.
