Parking Controllers (they are not ‘wardens’ – wardens are meant to ‘care’) – these parking controllers are out to make money for their company and so keep their jobs! Apparently, the company running the parking controllers are losing money by not issuing enough tickets – tough!
Judge from this photograph – most of the car is in the box, so what defines whether it is in, or out? This driver was fined £60 – that’s approximately £30 per wheel outside the box!
The car was not causing an obstruction in any way. It gets up one’s nose when they talk about ‘illegal’ parking – it seems you are classed as a criminal and must be made to pay for this serious crime!
