After 16 years service, Michael Godfrey is retiring from the Board of Directors of the British Jewellery and Giftware Federation.
During his time on the Board, Mike has served as President on two separate occasions – the first was in 1990-91 and the second 2001-02.
In addition to his outstanding contribution to the work of the BJGF, Mike has also contributed enormously to the GA. He served as Chairman between 1982 – 1984 and is a long standing member of the National Committee since 1979.
He is currently Chairman of the Spring Fair Focus Groups and has agreed to continue to Chair these groups.
Mike has also provided support to the Prince’s Trust as a Business Mentor within the Cotswold Mentor Group, a position he retired from in 2001.
Mike was presented with a watch from the BJGF President John Swain in recognition of his years of service.
