Forget the Credit Crunch – The Birmingham Jewellery Quarter is in the ‘Pink’ and looking Fabulous.
The staff at The Birmingham Assay Office have taken to Pink Day with gusto. As can be seen – Pink really is a colour which can be worn by absolutely everyone.
Sadly, there are not many people today who have not experienced a family member or a close friend doing battle with Cancer.
In a grand effort to raise money the staff from The Birmingham Assay Office and its associated divisions, The Laboratory, AnchorCert Diamond Certification and SafeGuard Jewellery Valuation Services all showed up for work looking to give ‘Barbie’ a run for her money.
Donations to the breast cancer campaign – Dare to Wear It Pink – have been received from both staff and local customers bringing work into the Office. Special thanks to everyone in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter who have generously supported this initiative.
